Excessive noise
1. Add lubricating oil.

Thermal protector on
If the thermal protector activates, it indicates that the motor is overloaded. You should check whether there are any faults in the transmission structure. Do not blindly increase the protection current to avoid damaging the motor.

After the speed reducer reaches its end point, it cannot rotate in either direction when restarted
1. When this type of fault occurs, the switch box cover must be opened. It will be found that both the upper and lower switches of one set of switches are pressed down. Loosen the set screws to reset the switches, then restart the machine. Repeat this process several times to check if the switches are functioning normally.
2. If the situation of both switches being pressed down recurs, check if the corresponding contactor releases promptly. If it does not release promptly, consider replacing the contactor.
3. When this type of fault occurs, never force the contactor to start the machine. This will damage the limit switches, and subsequent operation will inevitably damage the reducer gears.

1. Limit switch malfunction, replace.

If the nylon rope has defects such as large knots or damage, replace the nylon rope.
