Material tower and screw conveyor system
● The main body of the feed tower is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel sheets with a double-sided galvanized coating of 275g/m²; it is corrosion-resistant, has a long service life, and is easy to install.
● The lower cone plate is equipped with an observation hole to check the material level inside the feed tower.
● The upper cone plate of the feed tower is molded in one piece, and the bolt sealing gasket and the fastening surface of the upper cone plate are flat, which not only prevents water leakage caused by damage to the sealing gasket, but also makes the appearance more aesthetically pleasing.

The auger conveyor system consists of components such as a material tower, receiving hopper, drive unit, material pipe, and discharge tee; it features a closed design, automatic material feeding, improved management efficiency, and automation during equipment use.
Main material production line system:
● Feeding is achieved via a rotating helical spring auger. The feed turret connects to the feeding line inside the chicken house. A level sensor at the end of the main feed line automatically controls the start and stop of the drive motor, achieving automatic feeding.
● Low labor intensity; one feeder per chicken house is sufficient to easily complete the feeding work.
