● Feeding system: φ45 galvanized pipe, 4 holes/3 meters, imported South African auger.
● Drive system: Split-type reducer, 0.75kW 380V 50Hz.
● Sensors: Imported DOL products, stable performance and high sensitivity.
● Lifting system: Includes winch, pulleys, wire rope, wire rope clamps, and fixing materials. The winch lifting system allows for timely adjustment of the feed line height to meet the dietary height requirements of chickens at different ages.

Broiler Feed Tray Features:
● Rotary adjuster allows for easy and convenient adjustment of 7 feed levels, ensuring more even feeding and preventing sudden changes in feed level, resulting in greater stability and reliability.
● Adjustable switch controls feed speed or shuts off the feed tray. Seven wing plates at the bottom of the feed hopper prevent lateral feed throwing and spillage during pecking, reducing feed waste.
● Flat, slightly angled tray bottom ensures smoother feeding and even feed distribution.
● Four drainage holes on the tray bottom facilitate efficient water removal during cleaning.
● The tray bottom and grille use a simple screw-on fastening structure for a secure connection that facilitates maintenance and cleaning.
