Recently, Qingdao Heyuan Machinery successfully delivered and put into operation a 5-row, 4-layer layer hen breeding project in Qingdao.

The project utilizes Heyuan Machinery's independently developed 5-row, 4-layer stacked layer hen cage system, significantly increasing the stocking density per cage and effectively saving land resources. The entire system is equipped with an automated feeding system, a precise environmental control system, a central egg collection line, and an automatic manure removal device, achieving intelligent management of the entire process from feeding, watering, and environmental control to egg collection and manure removal. From planning and design to equipment production and installation, the entire project was implemented by the Heyuan Machinery team, ensuring high-quality delivery.

The completion and operation of this project provides a new model for intensive and intelligent development of layer hen farming in Qingdao and surrounding areas.
